I've been lurking for some time but finally decided to sign up.
About 2.5 yrs ago I've managed to make mead in 5L Demijohn by watching Youtube (it went well but sadly my husband dislikes mead
)
now I'm moving onto cider and wine making which I know I'll definitely need some advice for you guys.
Gonna start Solomon Grundy wine kit, also cider using store bought apple juice but eventually would love to try fruits wine (like banana, mango etc)
