Hello I’m Dan and I’m a…..
Homebrewer…

I’ve been at it since 2016 after moving out of my flat in Edinburgh to a house just outside the city. With a garage at my disposal and a supportive wife I made my first extract kit.

I quickly moved in to all grain. I used a DIY electric biab system and have just started to keg. Man I hated washing bottles.

I’m a lazy brewer so my system and methods remove as much effort as possible and is fairly hands off.

I’m looking to gain more knowledge and recipes as well share anything I can.
