Names Nath and I like to brew! Been through kits and done an extract but AG is what im doing. Up to about 6 now and have recently started using water additions (which have turned my brews for the better).
Loving St Austell brews and Otter Bitter, but IPA's are my stable AG. Still looking for a great bitter recipe (anyone???)
Based near Salisbury, Wiltshire and thats about it really!
