Hello experts, I have followed a recipe for white wine grape, have added Intial sugar and it has worked very quick and I think I have stopped the yeast before reaching g the correct alcahol level (didn't realize it acted so quick (temp at around 75, I was told to add sugar at regular slow inervals but fou d its stopped after 2days in the bucket question =can I add more yeast to get where want,
