I was thinking of brewing tomorrow, and I have ingredients for 2 brews - a Belgian Wit and a Sorachi Saison.
I’d assumed I’d do the wit first then the saison as a “user upper”, but there have been a few saisons brewed on here over the last couple of days and it’s put me in the mood to make one.
If I do, I probably won’t brew again for a month or 2, so will the dried orange peel I have in the garage last ok? I store it on the same airtight drum as my grain and it’s already been in there about a month.
