Hi all. As per attached pic of Magnum Strawberry Cider Kit I just noticed that the instructions State that after secondary fermentation has occurred “Then leave cool to clear”, bit vague, how long should I leave it to clear for and should it be primed and bottled before leaving to clear? I really Bloomin hate unclear instructions when there is so much at stake, time, money, effort and most importantly BOOZE wise!!!

I see where you are coming from Bootboy and agree.

The answer is as long as it takes.

Normally a week or two will do it.

It will clear faster ( a lot faster.) if you can put it in a fridge.

Lovely stuff thanks, I have a brew fridge so I can easily leave it in the fridge on full for a few days.
