23ltr Coopers lager bottled.
Been a labour of love lol.
Forgot the yeast so pitched a proper lager yeast.
Racked this the other day. 2nd mistake. Should of added carb sugar then, instead of bottles tonight 🙄
Thanks to @terrym for recommending coopers and advice and also @Clint for advice.
Cheers fellas.
Probably nearer 25ltr and my last bottling of the year, (have 18ltr of wine fermenting)
I've drank about 2 pints off the bottom and it's nice straight off so can't wait for it to condition lol.

I took a fg reading so will post about that when i get round to it .
Happy New year 👍

Oh. I tend not to count my chickens until they've hatched.
Wouldn't want to declare 20L of drain cleaner :)
Why not? If you brew a batch of drain cleaner, you've still brewed it! :laugh8:
I sometimes mash overnight or cool overnight so I count my brew on the day I pitch the yeast.
