I was in the man cave earlier looking for a hammer and found 2 wilko ipa's just in date, so i knocked them up with a hint of dme i had lying around, brewed short to 20L I chucked some voss slurry in at 38c see how we go

Made up a Mangrove Jacks Australian Pale Ale with 1Kg of DME and 200g of Dextrose. 23 litres.

60 litres Stout
40 litres Belgian Tripel
40 litres 3C Pale
23 litres Vintage Ale

23 litres Nimrod IPA
20 litres Pilgrim Pale

Total brewed = 701 litres

TOTAL = 16,249 litres

Actually, one of the last straws for me leaving accountancy practice (along with being bullied and made scapegoat for others failings) was because the firm I worked for had started pushing the same tax avoidance scheme (K2) that Jimmy Carr and Barry Garlow had been caught up in.

Much happier in the public sector.
