How many times can I use yeast slurry ?

and ....if I put one tenth of the slurry in each of 10 330 ml bottles and top up with bottled water and keep them in the fridge, could I use one in say 6 months ?

Yes but you'd have to step it up. I've grown yeast from 40+ years old bottles of beer

thanks, MyQul - if I put a tenth of the slurry in, I wouldn't need to step it up for a 20 L batch (I thought)

Not if its fresh but you would if its 6 months old
