Guys,
I'm planning to brew a Lemongrass IPA. Was wondering how much Lemongrass do I add? I'm planning to dump them @10mins during the boil.
Also, is it okay if I clean the lemongrass stalks with tap water before i dump them in? No need to sanitize since they're going into the boil anyway right?
Also, you add just the stalk (the light part) and not the root correct?
