Saying Hi and introducing myself to you all.
I am UK based, Dorset and have been brewing for a couple of years thanks to a beer starter kit Christmas present.
Mostly so far various IPA’s although also a Stout and a Larger, all pretty successful.
My latest brew the first in my just finished heating / cooling fridge, perhaps more temperature controlled than the airing cupboard.
Where next? want to move away from kit brews and into the world of grain and hops. Lots of help needed I suspect.
