Howdy folks, hope everyone is supping well and staying safe.
I have a second 30bottle MYO red wine kit to start to make and because I don’t have another 30 empty bottles I am wanting to have a play about with flavour and rack it into 6 separate demijohns and then bottle later.
My question is this, I want to add 6 different flavours to experiment, ie peach in one DJ, cherry in another, pineapple etc... do I need to rack off into demijohns and add the flavours BEFORE secondary fermentation or can I add the fruit to the demijohns and then leave it for months?
Adding fruit or fruit flavourings AFTER secondary fermentation would be better for me if this is possible as I can keep the FV nice and warm in the brew fridge.
Any help as always guys would be fantastic!
