Lots of Belgian Tripel and then I’d do swaps with all of you for some variety.

Everyone needs a Belgian Tripel and everyone needs variety.

Given the high temperatures I think I would have to go for a decent Pilsner not my normal preference but seems the right beer for the circumstances.

Hard to choose between either a good old Paulaner hefeweizen or Russian River’s Pliny the Elder double IPA. I would swim the Atlantic and walk across the states to have the Pliny again.
