Hello all

I'm looking for a cheaper alternative to the Buffalo 3kw induction hob.

I'm looking to halve the all grain ingredients I have that yields 23 litres, so I get 2 x 11/12 litre brews. I guess I'll need maybe a 30 litre kettle?

Any recommendations for a cheap hob? I've seen a Tefal 2.1kw one which should do the job.

Cheers

Greg

If you look on the nisbets website, they have a nisbets essentials induction hob, which is cheaper than the buffalo, but looks similar. I don't know much about it, so i can't comment. I dont think the tefal temperature goes to 65°C for mashing, and i think it only goes up in increments of 20 degrees, which is the reason i never bought that one.
