That's a shame - I have just bought a less well made brand of oven thermometer to continuously monitor the middle of my mash temperature, and would have far preferred an inkbird. Wondering now about getting one of the humidity monitors since I do fancy the idea of making my own cured meats but don't want to tie up the fermenting fridge with this and I really can't justify getting another fridge!

EDIT- ah paff ! Just bought one of the bluetooth ones anyway- means I can walk away from the mash stage more comfortably and I'll just use the other one for cooking!
