Inkbird with iSpindel

One for more technologically interested. I have an iSpindel to monitor temp and gravity in my Fermzilla. I’ve just bought an Inkbird 380 wireless with a brew belt to manage fermentation temps more accurately. I’ve just brewed a Tripel and the two devices are reading about a degree apart and I believe the iSpindel more. I would like to use these readings to automate the Inkbird, effectively overriding its own sensor. I know this can be down with an iSpindel and a normal smart plug using IFTTT and Smart Life (which seems to link to the Inkbird but without really being able to do much beyond connecting) I have the high temp and low temp actions set up but the only action is ‘turn on/off’ so I think the Inkbirds own reading will override this although it’s difficult to tell when it only cycles every 15 mins. Yes, I know I can just adjust the desired ferm temps to the iSpindel readings but my inner geek wants to make this work if possible.
