I just so happen to be botteling my stout this evening.

My oatmeal stout has been 7 days in fermenter, if all goes well I will bottle it up early next week. So bit late for the stout day , but hope for nice winter beer

an 8% bought stout can't be guin*** then what's not to like?

Not sure if you can buy it in UK? Never used to be able to. I thought it was brewed in Belgium under licence too, but that "fact" seems a bit uncertain now? But it is 8% and very very good! It is still bottle conditioned, which suggests it's not brewed in Dublin (Guinness fell out with yeast left in their stout a while back).
