My dad got me into home brewing through some 'interesting' brews out of a tin..........!
I worked with one of the world's major brewers for around 10 years but find more enjoyment from experimenting myself on a much smaller scale. Let's face it, there's little challenge producing a very consistent 1000 barrel brew when a PLC does all the work.
