Hello All
I was bought to your website whilst researching something for a client. Had a quick look through the topics and posts and had to join.
I have done very little home brew, but have brewed quite a bit of beer in my time as a professional brewer for the last 25 years.
Another reason I have joined the atmosphere on here seemed very welcoming and people exceedingly willing to help other.
I have qualifications from the Institute of Brewing (now IBD) and have helped many commercial breweries with trouble-shooting issues and recipe formulation.
I hope this does not come across as boastful, that is not my intention, what I wish to do is help in any way I can, in a industry I'm fully immersed in and feel extremely passionate about.
