Hey folks,
just sitting drinking my first batch and will definitely be doing more and hopefully making it better with some help here and you never know i might even be able to help someone else.
I used the JAOM recipe for the first one and Im currently waiting for my second batch of it to finish in the next few days.
I also had a go at a raspberry mead but think i had too much yeast in it because it tasted very strongly of yeast, the wife really liked that one tho so going to give it another go
