Has anyone brewed this?
I‘ll be bottling up my dunkleweizen later this week, if it ever decides to stop fermenting. The fermenters and brew fridge will be sitting idle for a few months while I empty the now full home brew bottle collection. So I thought I might as well have a slow burner on the go while that’s happening.
