I'm Matt and newly on my brewing journey. It all started one day in Singapore about 3 years ago now. One of my clients had a Robokeg, given how costly beer is over in Singapore, it seemed like total luxury to have beer on tap in an office. This started an exploration of brewing and micro-brewing techniques. A friend took me to the Paulaner brewery near Raffles place, then Brewerkz and we started to learn bits and bobs. On my return to the UK, I started experimenting with Mead, discovered I was super popular after racking each batch () before settling on beer. Got a Fermentasaurus for Christmas and this weekend did an extract kit in it and an all grain kit, in a demijohn - both wiesse beer. Annoyingly the all grain one seems to have a stuck Fermentation. But I've got a plan to resurrect it. That's me...hello. I'm a content producer, marketer and film maker...based in Derby.
