Hi any body tried Karpackie a Polish beer is there a clone for it out there ,its a 9% beer but it got a nice taste no strong after taste

Well as i have had 51 views and no replies i take it that nobody as tried Karpackie . I have been looking at Greg Hughes home brew beer book he as a Belgian Tripel at 9.1% ABV it as Saaz 4.2% hops and Styrian Golding 5.5% hops as anybody made this and as it got a bitter taste ?

What is the IBU unit of the triple? Google says Karpackie is a strong lager so you'll be better off trying to adapt a strong Lager recipe from the Greg Hughes Book I would think.

I am not knocking you for wanting to make a clone but the majority of reviews i have watched slate it and surely if you have the ability to make a clone you could clone something of much higher quality.

I will trump you with this watch from 4:22 - sweaty musky smell watery -

From 2:15 - Horrible metallic boozy note, rough stuff.
