What are you trying to make?
How much are you trying to make?
What % are you aiming for?

To add to what FT has said above you could use it with another juice to make a gallon (4.5 litres) of wine, here is how -

Beginners to winemaking often think a whole gallon of wine is a lot or even too much.
It isint really though.
It will be gone before you know it. Friends and family will see to that.
