Hi guys, just had a thought. As today is bottling day for my turbo cider :D , and I'm left with yeast-bearing sludge at the bottom of the bucket, then rather than rinse out the bucket, could I get away with just topping the whole bucket up with more apple juice? I mean, without putting in any additional yeast, and without sterilising the whole bucket again? If so, then (hypothetically) what would there be to stop anyone from having turbo cider continuously on rotation (i.e. bottling on day 7 to 10, and then topping up with just apple juice right after bottling)?
