I was toying with the idea of using a jockey box . I have a Fermentation Chamber fridge so was thinking does anyone use one as both kegerator and Fermention chamber.
My way of thinking i generally only drink on a Fri and Sat so can take out my kegs Sunday to Thursday start my fermentaton on the Chamber then take them out on a Friday morning and chill my kegs for a Friday night .
Am i missing something apart from all the moving buckets and kegs about.

I use my kegerator when I really need to ferment at a lower constant temp like with lagers. For most ales, I don't bother with it because the ambient temp in my basement works well for my needs.
