Hi all,

Currently have an ipa in a plastic king keg and followed instructions to the letter.

3 weeks later in the keg its flat as a pancake and tastes awful.

I have bottled some of the brew and its 10x better in bottles with good carb and flavour.

Looking for suggestions what kit to brew to put in my keg?

I will be bottling most of my beer from now on but do like the idea of having a keg full of something i can whip out at a party.

Cheers

I've got a cider in a rotokeg in the shed and am bottling most of what I make at the moment. I've had problems with that keg before, and this time it is very frothy on the pour with very little carbonation left.

I don't know if it is a temperature thing or a pressure thing at the moment, so will be adding a stem schrader valve to it so I can at least monitor the pressure. Also have a fermentation fridge/ kegerator build going on so can chill it down too.

I would just use it for a quick cider and see how that turns out.
