Bloody hell - where to start.
Well, assuming you don't have a Brewzilla (a few handy bits you could buy but I won't mention them at this stage), bits I've bought from Aliexpress which I've found invaluable:
- The duotight inline regulator

Inevitably you will get more than one keg (even if you think you won't) and you may want to force carbonate or serve at different pressures
- These screw on connectors
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001050005307.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.1f2d4c4dNSpX5H
So you don't have to p**s about with the barbed ball lock connectors as these will screw on to the threaded ball lock connectors
- These reducers

So you can integrate the duotight 5/16 standard with the more traditional 3/8 standard of John Guest stuff
- The plastic carbonation caps and T pieces

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001034715806.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.1f2d4c4dNSpX5H
So you can do line cleaning with a pop bottle if all your kegs are in use
- These floating dip tubes and gas tubes
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001050312785.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.1f2d4c4dNSpX5Hhttps://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001110558755.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.1f2d4c4dNSpX5H
So you can convert your kegs into having cask style floating dip tubes which, IMHO, is way way better
- This little tube cutter

Which is literally the handiest thing you can have for cutting your lines to size - a clean straight cut every time
