I’ve just clipped the gas line that comes with it to put a two way John guest fitting in so I can gas two kegs at once or use my beer gun.

However the gas line although seeming fitting leaks from the John guest. No problems the other side with regular gas line. The gas line that comes with it seems a lot more flexible and thicker maybe.

At the other end The has line is clamped in the regulator and if I got that off I don’t think regular gas line will fit the regulator either.

Has anyone else got this regulator and have you ever replaced gas line?

It could be, but after striping it from regular, and replacing with 3/8, it fitted the barb on the regulator so am good to go (i think).

now I’ve just realised I’ll have to do the same to my beer gun. Which makes the accessory kit a bit redundant.

Are you sure you're not mixing 5/16 beer line with 3/8?

Kegland products usually use 5/16 which is less common over here
That was my thought - the secondary regulators, spundings etc from Kegland all have 5/16 duotight fittings etc.

I have a big length of the Kegland 3/8 line that I got from AliExpress and it’s great, much more flexible than my other beer line and I’ve never had any trouble getting it to fit in John Guest fittings.
