I have just finished a a Italian wine kit this one https://www.balliihoo.co.uk/registe...-red-23-litre-7-day-sugar-required-p-691.html Well done what said on the racked it a other FB or to be more precise a carboy done what they said but after 3 days the wine is still cloudy where the instructions said it should be clear. I must admit when I added the finishing ingredients I did not have a heat mat on the carboy but I do now. Was the right thing to do? Should I add more finnings and if so how much for a 23 litre carboy ? Or am I being to inpatient . But the instructions did say it would clear in 3 days which it has not.
