So I decided to brew a Banana Beer using my non commercial strain of Kveik Yeast.

The yeast ferments nicely and leaves fruity tones and enhances the malt, and finishes with a very slight dryness which is nice after the malt sweetness.
It's a small batch beer only 10L @ 6% before adding fresh bananas! Will be around 8%
Due to pitch bananas this week.
