Would love to brew another tripel, my first beer is definitely going to be a vanilla imperial stout. But correctly categorised in 30A. Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer

Same. Since I started kegging and pressure fermenting, I’ve really found it a chore to even get bottles sorted for the forum competitions and didn’t even enter the Secret Santa this year, which is starting to make me feel like I’m missing out on independent feedback. I judged the October comp which helped me see where my beer fits amongst others on this board but I’m definitely missing out.

Ordered myself one of the Nukatap counter pressure bottle fillers this weekend and hopefully that’ll allow me to get in amongst the comps this year. Missed out on the Scottish one though unfortunately.
