Hi All
I am new to the group, and intend to get back into home brewing this year. It is thirty years since I last brewed ales and I am amazed at how equipment and techniques have improved. I will probably end up with a Brew Devil 30. I recently acquired a copy of Graham Wheeler's, British Real Ale 3rd Edition - I used to have the original, and was wondering what books you guys would recommend for Lagers. Having never brewed lagers, I need to understand the techniques and also need standard recipes.
