I went to see them last week, nice guys that make traditional English bitters from hops they grow. Few observations, they store there hops in huge unsealed sacks in the cold room and when they get a new harvest they slowly blend it into the old one so there bears gradually change to the new hop. They have a 10BBL setup but can make 13-20BBL batches depending on strength. Also they don't use kettle finings which I though were used universally by everyone.
