The Mrs has decided to like this, and while its cheap enough, it'd be nice if we could have a go a brewing some, or at least something like it.



Is it possible to"copy" a wine?

I seem to remember years ago making elderflower wine which tasted like it.
So you've missed the boat on that one this year. Apart from that you can buy
it in kit form.

It's not to my taste at all. But the Mother in Law liked it so all was good.
