Hi All
New to this site and also to beer dispensing,
So I've bought a lindr beer dispenser and its connected to a Co2 bottle and connected to a kegstar with a session IPA.( Neckoil)
2nd keg so far and the pints seem really good
The keg is installed in our home as a bar setup so the keg is at room temperature.

Question is
If i want to clean the Equipment and line can i simply disconnect and clean then say 1 to 2 week later reconnect to the keg and continue using? Or do i need to reconnect straight after cleaning and apply Co2 again and leave until next use.

Thanks
tom

With my beer lines I clean them with line cleaner, rinse and then push some StarSan solution through. I do the last bit using CO2 and let the CO2 push the majority of the StarSan out. I then leave the lines still attached to their coupler or disconnect with the taps closed to retain the CO2 in the lines.

So do you leave the keg disconnected then
after cleaning then, or connect and close the valves so the beer doesnt flow back in the line to the lindr

What did the instructions say that came with the unit? not seen theses before?
I like to leave things cleaned, sanitised, and full of C02.
