Been doing a bit of gardening lately and have 2 logs which the missus would turned into planters for display. So here's me starting and only basic tools allowed. Besides the sun is out and I'm alone for P&Q.

Shall post updates.

Had to bore 6mm holes as the wood and the wee drill don't like 20mm auger bits so have to make it easier for the bigger bit. Ah well plenty of time on my hands as I'm not working till Friday night.

Update and apologies for not posting earlier.
Nearly broke my back with all that stooping but worth the P&Q but ended up a productive day and the missus has ordered me a full set of chisels with sharpening stone so she can get the other log done.

Yes, a heavenly place
My garage is just a minefield at the moment and I've been off for two weeks and have not even put a brew on.
Took the mashtun apart and fixed a leak, steam cleaned the ball valve and after doing a pile of other wee jobs today I'm currently working on a new copper filter for the grain bed. Don't know why as I have a Robobrew coming at the start of June.
Certainly needs a tidy up tonight a
I was told I needed to lose weight in March...I've gone from 102.2kg to 94kg...
Running low on homebrew I've tested a few boxes of cheap booze...I'm glad I did so I can tell others...don't do it...it's rubbish!
Fantastic @Clint and keep up the good drinking/work. 🍺🍺🍺👍👍👍
