Over the pond they have BYO and Zymergy.
Over here we're not so lucky although I can recommend joining the Craft Brewer's Association to get the quarterly Brewers Contact.

The only magazine that is brewing based and in the UK is Brewers Contact which you can get when you Join the Craftbrewing Association . . . There are some interesting articles in the September issue :whistle:
