I bottled this 6 weeks ago. My second ever brew.
It is silky smooth, carbonated beautifully with 5grms sugar per 500ml.
Probably a bit maltier than I was expecting and maybe not as bitter or as much dry hop kick as I like but still a very nice session APA.
My wife & kids (adult), and friends, whether IPA fans or not, all seem to really like this.

Made with untreated tap water and gives no hint of being a home brew.

This brew has raised the expectations of what can be achieved with this hobby/ obsession.

Just out of interest - and by all means tell me to mind my own business, are you gluten intolerant? I’d love to know how MJ‘s gluten free beers compare with the mainstream ones and how much difference having gluten in beer actually makes.

Fine to ask, I'm not gluten intolerant. I'll often cook things with gluten free flour as we have a number of intolerants within the family. The kit itself was a gift so obviously I was going to brew it and then drink it!
This beer does not taste like it is modified to avoid gluten - just like a regular APA
