Having my first pint of this and got to say what a fantastic pint. Very fruity, reminds me of a slightly less complex clwb tropica. Gave the Citra hops 7 days and introduced during the last 3 days of active fermentation. Tempted to brew again and possibly add galaxy hops during dry hopping for around 3 days.
Brewed on 18th March so still “early” initially carbed up in bottles after 7 days. Not fussed on achieving clarity

It’s a very impressive kit and has no homebrew twang, the kits have come a long way!

Yes I was pleasantly surprised at the complete lack of twang and big hop taste and smell which had remained after 6 weeks in keg.

I think the use of liquid Malt extract rather than brewing sugar plays a big part in this brew, also this brew can be easily altered with hop additions and possibly fruit additions - seems a very forgiving kit.

Really looking forward to this. My Juicy Session IPA is in the bottles 1 week. 3 weeks to go. I’ve read nothing but very positive reviews on this Kit. The Pink Grapefruit IPA is beautiful.
