Just taken a sample for gravity and it's practically clear! No finings required. I used to add gelatine but haven't bothered for a few batches now and probably won't bother any more.
Came out at 1.004, so bottling tonight.
Certainly smells Belgian-ish, plenty of banana and sweetness.
Ramped up the temp to 28C for the last 3 days.

Never mind the gravity, what does it taste like? (surely you tried a bit for QA purposes...)

All bottled up. Had a try and the aroma is honey sweetness and floral. But it doesn't taste sweet at all, as expected. The slight citrus and fruit taste comes through nicely. Possibly not what I was after but it's pretty nice.
