I have the above cider kit brewing just now, its on day 10 I noticed the other day for some reason the the brew temp had increased to 27 degs, I reduced the temperature as soon as I could.
I check the sg two days ago and today and its still reading an sg of 1014, looks like it's stalled, is this too high a sg to bottle it or keg it even if its finished fermenting

The danger is if it starts up again after bottling.
I would think a gravity of 14 would be sweet, sweet+++++
In a keg or pressure barrel you could just let it do its thing.A bottle however is a different matter.

Thanks, so should I try giving it a good stir and add some fresh yeast
