Mine’s down to nearly 1.011 after 3 days, very murky though.

What temp are you fermenting at

Around 23 degrees, I no longer have a fermentation fridge so I’ve had to improvise with this one as my other fermenter is full. I’ve put a brew belt round it attached to an InkBird and wrapped it in some silver foil insulation stuff I’d got lying around.
 
Mine never got any lower, so not as strong or dry as expecting. As the temps are quite cold atm I’ve let it drop to air temperature at about 7/8 C in the garage and I’m going to keg it tomorrow.

It tastes ok to me, but I have no idea if it’s Saison 😀
 
Brew day going well so far, I really enjoy brewing a saison. Aiming for a spicy, earthy wort and an OG in the region of 1.060.
Well I thought it was going well! Instead of getting 23L at 1.060ish I ended up with 27L at around 1.055. Not quite sure what happened there, but I'll end up with beer 🍻
