This might be some of my best packaging yet...!

However the quality of the beer is very much a guess. I've been having some oxidisation problems of late. At sending these two were good... But who knows.

I have a Chinook pale ale I've been enjoying which I bottled a month ago.
I'll stick one in the post if you send me your address

My Sierra Nevada Pale Ale clone alongside the original. Mine is slightly darker and has more of the malt flavour coming through, but it's not far off. The recipe used caramel malt 60l , but I used Cara Malt 30 EBC that I had in stock. Mine has greater clarity, possibly only because I took more care pouring it.
