Mid brew experimental wheat beer

So the brew is 4 days in. And this is how it's looking.

And this is what I used...

1 x Wilko's premium Larger Malt Extract

1 x Danstar Munich Wheat Beer Yeast

400g x Muntons Wheat Spraymalt

300g x Muntons Light Spraymalt

400g x Brewing Sugar

That is really light.
What does it taste like?

I'm yet to find out. But smells nice an citrus.
