Mobile App Android?

Is there an App for Android phones?
I am having a strange problem where I get a no service notification for this forum only, I can try several times then try another site and get straight on there, Google lags when searching things also, but can't get on here at all unless on WiFi?

Hello all As per title...I get this message when trying to get on the forum when out and about using my mobile data. I have a 4g signal and can get on any other website I usually look at...fleabay, YouTube etc....I've tried clearing data on my phine. Anything else I could try?
