Hi Brewing Bretheren and Sisters
I'm in South-West Wales, Pembrokeshire to be precise. Beautiful scenery and lovely soft water. I'm in the process of leaving the Army after 27 years. I brewed before I joined, during my time in various countries (except Cyprus were it is illegal) and even did a brew in training in the cleaning locker as it was the only place that never got inspected!
I stopped brewing about 5 years ago - my kit needed replacing and I was about to head off for Iraq so it wasn't a priority. I've done a few batches of Turbo Cider recently and will shortly have a man cave/shed available for brewing again. Looking at kits to get back into it then expanding the range. BIAB looks a cost effective way of getting into grain brewing. Anyway - here's to beer!
