Looking for a wee bit of advice from someone with brewing software

I have the following and want to use up all the hops in this brew

100g of Mosaic
100g of Citra
50g of Chinook (I’ve never used these before)

I have 4kg of extra Pale Malt and 4kg of Golden Promise and not sure what Malt to use

I have CML Kolsch and CML Kiwi Pale Ale yeast, I pkt of each but again not sure.

Any ideas would be gratefully received

cheers guys

Only personal preference but I'd go fir golden promise and have a stab at the kiwi yeast.

What in particular are you after from brewing software?

My last pale ale was 50g of each citra & mosiac at flameout plus 50g mosiac and 100 g citra dry hop using pia yeast it was very good. Not sure what Chinook would offer but them two on there own is probably my favourite combination

I’m not sure about timings for additions, I don’t want to ruin it and make it too bitter, also I was wondering about what strength I would get if I brewed the 4kg to 19l
Would anyone add any dextrose as a lot of recipes in James Martins Brew book add 500-600g?
Cheers for all reply’s

How much Crystal would be correct for this style and dextrose or not?
I have always been unsure of the pros and cons of adding any. A drier beer? Morton thinks alcohol is a flavour carrier so maybe it will help with the hops?
Thanks again

You could add a couple of 100g's of crystal and dextrose. More dextrose if you want a bit more % but it'd be fine without. You could add some porridge oats...

So go with
4kg of base malt
500g of oats
150g of crystal
50g of citra and mosiac at flameout
50g each dry hop after 7 days

Looks sound to me
