Loosely based a Brulosophy recipe, this was run out No.2 for the grain mill. The day started by pouring out the fermenter full of the 3% Irish pale that was supposed to be a 4.5% Irish red and setting the rollers a bit closer, I think I mashed a lot of unmilled grain last time round.

Fermentables (25L batch)
4kg Bohemian Pilsner
2kg Munich I
300g Caramunich I
60 minute mash - 67C

Hops - Mosaic Lupomax
8g - First Wort
11g - 15 minutes
11g - 10 minutes
11g - 5 minutes
22g - 15 minute hopstand at 70C

Yeast
WLP090 - San Deigo Super Yeast

All in all, a very enjoyable brew day. I over milled this time, the sparge took almost an hour and i was left 2L short in the kettle and 4 gravity points over expected. After liquoring back everything was back on track. Ended up with 22L in fermenter, OG 1.054. The lupomax hops smell amazing, looking forward to seeing how this one turns out.
