I put them I at the beginning as I was mixing it all up. Supposed to improve head retention. After 7 days fermentation I have given it a rouse and added three teaspoons of yeast nutrient. I usually give two weeks fermentation. SG is down to 1010 suggesting about 4.4% which is respectable for a stout if not particularly Imperial.At what stage did you add the Weetabix and does it achieve?
